Welcome
These Terms & Conditions explain how our website, digital products and wellbeing experiences are provided. By using our website, purchasing a product or booking an experience, you agree to these Terms.
Website use
The content on this website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may browse and enjoy the material, but you may not reproduce, copy, distribute or republish any content without prior written permission.
Products and pricing
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Digital products
Digital products are supplied as downloadable files.
Once payment has been successfully completed, your download will be made available according to the delivery method described at checkout.
No physical product will be supplied unless otherwise stated.
Digital downloads, refunds and cancellation
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once your download has been made available.
By purchasing a digital download with immediate access, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate delivery and understand that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the download becomes available.
If you experience any technical difficulties or receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Wellbeing experience bookings
Bookings for wellbeing experiences are processed through Eventbrite.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to attend.
Organiser cancellations
If The Wild Sanctuary needs to cancel a wellbeing experience, participants will be offered either:
A transfer to the next available suitable session; or
A full refund.
If a transferred booking cannot be accommodated within a reasonable period, a full refund will be offered.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances
Where outdoor activities cannot safely proceed due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, activities may be adapted for an indoor setting where appropriate.
If this is not possible, the experience may be cancelled and participants will be offered either a transfer to the next available session or a full refund.
Health & wellbeing
Our wellbeing experiences are intended to support general wellbeing, mindfulness and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Participants are responsible for listening to their own body and taking part only to the extent they feel comfortable.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, clinical mental health condition, injury, allergy or any concern that may affect your participation, including the use of herbal teas or essential oils, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before attending.
Participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for:
Wearing suitable clothing and footwear.
Taking reasonable care for their own health, safety and personal belongings.
Informing the organiser of any relevant medical conditions or accessibility requirements before the experience where appropriate.
Participating in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, the venue and the natural environment.
Accessibility
We welcome participants of all backgrounds and will always do our best to support reasonable accessibility requirements.
If you have any accessibility needs or would like to discuss whether an experience is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during our wellbeing experiences for use on our website, social media and other promotional material.
We will aim to avoid identifying participants where possible and will respect any reasonable request not to be photographed if made before the experience begins.
Intellectual property
All content published by The Wild Sanctuary, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, illustrations and digital publications, remains the intellectual property of The Wild Sanctuary unless otherwise stated.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wild Sanctuary accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from participation where reasonable care has been exercised and participants have voluntarily chosen to take part.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these Terms
