Digital products

Many of our products are supplied as digital downloads.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your download will be made available according to the delivery method described at checkout.

No physical product will be posted unless clearly stated.

Refunds and cancellation

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases cannot normally be refunded once your download has been made available.

By purchasing a digital download with immediate access, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate delivery and understand that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the download becomes available.

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase, or receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

• Resell or reproduce our publications
