Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe when purchasing a digital download or Eventbrite’s payment platform for wellbeing experiences, and neither are never stored by The Wild Sanctuary.

How we use your information

We only use your information where necessary to:

• Process and fulfil your orders

• Deliver digital products

• Manage bookings for wellbeing experiences

• Communicate important information about your booking

• Respond to your enquiries

Website hosting, bookings and payment processing

Our website and online shop are hosted by Hostinger, which securely stores the data required to operate our website.

Bookings for our wellbeing experiences are processed through Eventbrite. When you book a session, Eventbrite shares the information necessary for us to administer your booking and communicate with you about the experience.

Payments are securely processed by Eventbrite for wellbeing experiences or Stripe when purchasing a digital download. Please refer to Stripe’s own Privacy Policy for information about how they process your personal data.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function correctly.

We currently use essential cookies to:

• Enable website functionality

• Process purchases securely

• Maintain website security

• Remember basic preferences where applicable
